At Labubus India, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

• Items such as innerwear, personal care, or customized products are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you via email or message regarding the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Refund Conditions

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Please email us at support@labubusindia.in with your order number and a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will offer a free replacement or full refund in such cases.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

• After dispatch, cancellation is not possible. You may proceed with a return after delivery, if eligible.
