At Labubus India, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Items such as innerwear, personal care, or customized products are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email or message regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Refund Conditions

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Please email us at support@labubusindia.in with your order number and a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

We will offer a free replacement or full refund in such cases.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

After dispatch, cancellation is not possible. You may proceed with a return after delivery, if eligible.
